MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING (MIGS)

To be considered a member in good standing (MIGS), a total of six points must be accumulated during the playing season. You must participate on a challenge ladder, play at least five challenge matches, and compete in at least one tournament (May or July Round Robins, June, August, or September Tournaments). If a member is on a singles and doubles ladder, two of the five challenges must be from singles matches.  A MIGS point is also awarded to the event chairwomen of each event. Points will be prorated by the membership chairperson for new members joining after May 1.

If you are a MIGS player at the end of the 2010 season, then you will retain your challenge ladder ranking at the beginning of the 2011 season. If you are not a MIGS player at the end of the season, you will drop down lower on the challenge ladders.
